📌 7. My Experience
This opportunity was given directly by the founder of the company himself. He was a very supportive and professional person, and the hiring process was quite fast.
The role mainly involved visiting client locations, staying there for a longer duration, and providing training on the company’s Hospital Management System (HMS) software. It was mostly a post-sales implementation and training role.
The interview focused more on practical handling situations, communication, adaptability, and confidence while dealing with clients.
A few scenario-based questions were asked to check how I would manage unexpected situations during training sessions. The next day, I received an offer to join from the following Monday, but later I decided to withdraw from the process.
