📌 10. My Experience
The role was for a ServiceNow developer – a popular ITSM (IT Service Management) tool used in large enterprises. 📍 Terms: - First 3 months are unpaid training. - Post-training package: ₹3 LPA (minimum). - Mandatory service bond of 2.5 years. - If breached, penalty of ₹4 LPA. 🧑💻 Interview Rounds: 1. Technical: Focused on fundamentals, programming logic, and core CS concepts. 2. HR: Conversational, checking communication skills and personality. Questions were not technical but focused on personal attributes. ⚠️ Reason for Withdrawal: Though the experience was positive and professional, I’m more passionate about core development roles, so I chose not to proceed.
📌 11. Conclusion
💡 Key Takeaways: - A good attitude, gratitude, and humility go a long way in interviews. - Everyone is struggling—stay kind, grateful to Allah, and support your parents and well-wishers. - Getting any job is easy with the right approach. However, getting the job you love and are passionate about takes clarity, effort, and patience. - For me, the next step is to master DSA and prepare for core development interviews.
