🟢 Technical Round 1 – Senior Developer (Cleared)

  • Write a JavaScript function to count characters in a string
  • Take two strings, remove last two characters from both, then swap and replace
  • Find prime numbers from an array of 10 values using JavaScript

🟢 Technical Round 2 – Team Leader (Cleared)

  • A financial institution account opening form was given
  • Identify 20 fields
  • Classify dependent & independent fields
  • Suggest validations for each field
  • Write logic in pseudocode

🔴 Director Round (Rejected)

  • Questions on previous work experience
  • Technology architecture discussion
  • Role & responsibilities
  • Impact of AI on current market
  • Comfortable with legacy codebase?
  • Can you work in a fast-paced environment?
  • Learning vs practical execution mindset

📌 7. My Experience

I cleared 3 out of 4 rounds. The final round focused more on mindset, adaptability, and practical work culture rather than only technical skills. I believe freshers should understand that companies expect fast execution, ownership, and continuous learning.

  • The market is changing rapidly with AI and automation.
