📌 9. My Experience

This job was posted on LinkedIn, and it was my first shortlisted application from the platform in the last 2 years. The process consisted of three rounds:

  • HR Round: Basic introduction, reason for leaving previous job, and gap after MCA
  • Technical Assessment: Covered all sections mentioned above
  • Director Round: Final discussion

All three rounds were conducted on the same day due to urgent hiring.

The Director round was quite challenging. The interviewer asked strict and direct questions about my previous employment. I answered honestly and directly, but I felt my responses did not match their expectations.

Later, I came across discussions online about the company culture on reddit(just search PSA/Name and shame - Indoqubix: One of the most toxic, exploitative companies in Noida), which gave me more context about the interview experience:

The company seems to expect candidates to have a complete skill set, including Development + DevOps + Testing.

📌 10. Conclusion

  • Do not leave your current job unless you have one or multiple offers in hand.
  • The job market is changing rapidly, especially with the impact of AI.
