The assessment test was conducted at the AccioJob center. There were 4 rounds in total:

➡ Two technical rounds
➡ One final managerial round

Assessment Test Questions: - Mostly focused on Promises API, Promise chaining, and Core JavaScript concepts. - One DSA question from LeetCode: "Copy List with Random Pointer" (Linked List problem).

The interview process was well-organized and gave me an insight into what companies are looking for in a React Native developer. Although I wasn't selected, it was a valuable learning experience that highlighted areas I need to improve, especially in Core JavaScript.

This experience taught me an important lesson—always be clear, confident, and committed to the role you are applying for. Having a strong grasp of fundamental concepts is key. For example, in this React Native developer role, out of 10 questions, 6 were based on Core JavaScript concepts like Promises API. Also, regular DSA practice is essential.
