📌 11. My Experience
It was quite a challenging experience. I forgot to bring passport-size photos, so I spent an hour before 10 AM finding a photocopy shop to get them printed. The venue at Harkesh Nagar had many candidates. Fortunately, I met a person from my coaching institute (Marrula MCA entrance classes, Kanpur). The CTO of the company was very supportive and friendly. After a general discussion about my projects, we gave a pen-paper test of 45 MCQs to be completed in 50 minutes. After that, we were told the results would be out next week. Selected candidates would proceed to two technical rounds and a managerial round. After this drive, two others and I went to attend a walk-in drive at another company: TGH software solution limited in Sector 62, Noida. The first round was a Group Discussion (GD), followed by a technical round. However, we realized it would take 3-4 more hours, and we were already exhausted. I had to leave early to break my Ramadan fast. Overall, it was a good but challenging experience.
📌 12. Conclusion
Key Takeaways: 1) Always check the required documents 2-3 days before the actual drive date. 2) Never try to be overly informative in discussions. Share information only when asked—this is very important. 3) I need to work thoroughly on my aptitude skills and practice regularly.
