📌 6. Other Assessments

📌 7. Face-to-Face Interview

📌 8. Questions Asked

This process included the following stages:

Stage 1: Cognitive & Technical Assessment
- Conducted on Accenture’s portal.
- MCQ-based questions on verbal ability, arithmetic, logical reasoning, and pattern recognition
(similar to Indiabix).

Stage 2: Coding Assessment
- 2 DSA problems:
   • Math/arrays (Kadane’s Algorithm - Easy level).
   • Strings (Medium level, similar to LeetCode).
- I passed all test cases in the array problem, but only partial test cases in the string problem.

Stage 3: Communication Assessment
- 1-hour session on Zoom with an SDET from Accenture (17+ years of experience).
- Entirely project-focused: detailed questions on my projects, tech stack, and scenarios.
- If you haven’t built projects yourself (e.g., just copied from GitHub without deep understanding),
it’s very tough. Recruiters easily find out.

📌 9. Overall Result

Still pending (no formal rejection or acceptance). My application remains in the portal, preventing me from applying to new opportunities at Accenture.

📌 10. My Experience

I found this opportunity through Naukri. Consistency was key—logging in daily between 8–9 AM, applying regularly, and keeping my profile 100% complete helped me receive this interview call.

All assessment rounds were very smooth, and I cleared the technical round. Later, I received a date and time for the virtual face-to-face interview, which I attended. However, I have not received any update on whether I was selected or rejected. My application status remains pending in their portal, preventing further applications.

Two days after the assessment, I did receive an email confirming that I had cleared it and would be invited to the virtual face-to-face round. I gave the interview, and the recruiter mentioned that updates would be shared via email, but I have not heard back since.

Still, it was a valuable experience. It reminded me how competitive the process is and emphasized the importance of strong technical preparation and honest project work.

📌 11. Conclusion

💡 Key Takeaways:
- A positive attitude, gratitude, and humility are as important as technical skills.
- Stay consistent, patient, and grateful to Allah during your journey.
- Many others are struggling—be kind and supportive.
- Getting any job requires effort and clarity, but getting the right job requires patience and persistence.
- My next step is to master DSA and prepare for core development interviews.
